3. Handle Ownership

We reserve the right to reclaim or reassign handles in the event that a well-known brand or public figure with a legal right to the name requests it. Random individuals or other users cannot claim your handle from you; however, brand-specific handles may be reassigned to the rightful brand owner at our discretion.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you post on Lifaaq. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, and display that content in connection with providing our services.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
